The easiest way to know if coaching is right for you is to book a free clarity call with me. You can think of this call as a practice coaching session to see if you think you would benefit from working together.

While both coaching and therapy both provide support and guidance, coaching is more future-focused and centers around goal setting, strategy, and taking action. Therapy, on the other hand, focuses on treating mental health issues and dealing with past trauma.

Our coaching sessions together will happen virtually over Zoom every other week (2x per month).

My approach is a blend of strategy with spirituality. By using practical tools like strategic goal setting, life coaching techniques, and actionable steps combined with the energetics of mindset and identity work, visualization, and manifestation, you will be given the tools and space for deep work during these coaching sessions. Coaching is client-centered and there is a co-creative process between the client and the coach. This means that it’s my job to support you and guide you, but it’s also your job to show up and take ownership of your life. You only get as much as you put in.
